AcquireSpot ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates online sales automation systems for our clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect through acquirespot.com.au, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

We only use cookies from Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), and only on the specific pages we run Google Ads or Facebook/Instagram ads to — no other third-party tracking cookies are used on this site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for our services, schedule a pipeline audit or call, and — if you become a client — to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, our form-delivery provider. On the specific pages connected to our Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic and behavior, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and optimize our advertising — both place cookies in your browser and may share data with Google and Meta under their own privacy terms. We may also use advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) and AI voice/chat qualification tools to engage and screen enquiries. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
What we target with this data: browsing behavior (such as pages visited and ad clicks) is used to measure ad performance, show you relevant ads if you've previously visited our site (retargeting), and help Google and Meta find other businesses similar to our existing customers (lookalike audiences). We do not sell this data, and it is not used for any purpose beyond running and measuring our own advertising.
On those ad-connected pages, we only load Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel after you click Accept on our cookie banner; the rest of the site does not load these tags at all. Despite reasonable precautions, third-party scripts, browser caching, or software bugs may occasionally cause a tag to fire outside of this intended flow; we do not accept liability for such isolated technical failures. If you want a guaranteed block regardless of site behavior, we recommend using a privacy-focused browser, ad blocker, or cookie-blocking extension.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable retention period. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
